Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Finance Tracker (the "Service"), operated by FDO S.R.L. (CUI 33914411, Trade Registry J05/1943/2014, Oradea, Romania), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Finance Tracker is a personal finance-management application that lets you record and analyse your finances and, optionally, link bank accounts on a read-only basis (see §5). We are not a bank, do not provide payment services, and do not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

4. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

5. Linking bank accounts (Open Banking / AIS)

If you choose to link a bank account, you authorise us to retrieve your account information on a read-only basis through a licensed Account Information Service Provider under PSD2. We never initiate payments. You may withdraw your consent and unlink accounts at any time; consents expire periodically and must be renewed.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

7. No financial advice

Information in the Service is for your personal record-keeping only and must not be relied upon as financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

8. Availability & "as is"

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified within the application. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
